Mt. Fuji is the highest mountain in Japan. It is an active volcano. It is 12,387 ft high. For two months in the summer you can climb the mountain. But as you can see it now has a lot of snow on it. This picture is taken from our balcony and we only get a get view during the winter months. We hope to not be around to watch it erupt.
